1 RETURN POLICY
Please contact nanocera.nl before returning any products
You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is damaged or used, a refund is not possible. Make sure to include your contact information with the return shipment and, if possible, the tracking number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
nanocera.nl recommends obtaining a receipt and package or tracking ID for the return from the shipping company, as this will make it easier to track the return if necessary. nanocera.nl will refund eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to refund the amount. The easiest way is to email this to us.
1.2 Non-returnable goods
You can use our contact form to ask questions or submit a request. For this we use your telephone number, name and address details. We need this information because of our agreement with you. We store this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our answer.
1.3 Shipping
To return a product(s), we require proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. You must return the product to: Nano Cera, Oosterhout, 4906 AA, Innovatiepark 34, Netherlands. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the purchase amount. Depending on where you live, the delivery time of your exchanged product may vary. If you are returning a product with a value of more than 75 EUR, please consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
2. REFUND POLICY
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t give you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2.1 REFUNDS
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the payment card or original method of payment will be credited within a certain amount of days.
2.2 PARTIAL REFUNDS
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given (if applicable): or with opened packaging. Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to our fault. Any product that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
2.3 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and still received your refund, please contact us at: info@nanocera.nl.
2.4 DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
Only regular priced products are eligible for refund. Discounted products unfortunately cannot be refunded.
2.5 EXCHANGE
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange the product for the same product, send us an email at info@nanocera.nl and send the product to: Nano Cera, Oosterhout, 4906 AA, Innovatiepark 34, Netherlands.
2.6 GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the amount of the return shipping. Once the returned item is received, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
3. PRIVACY POLICY
3.1 WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR DATA?
When you buy something from our webshop, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address and email address.
When you visit our webshop, we automatically receive the IP address of your computer and information about your browser and operating system.
3.2 EMAIL MARKETING
With your permission, we may send you emails about our webshop, new products and other updates.
3.3 CONSENT
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

3.6 Hostnet
Our webshop is hosted by Hostnet. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform with which we can sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored via Hostnet’s data storage, databases and the general Hostnet application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
3.7 PAYMENT
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, our third party payment gateway may use your credit card information for this purpose. See 3.8.

When you click on links in our web shop, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not accidentally lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. When you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any minor to use this site.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
