We will then immediately start working on what we can do for you.

Can I return my items?

You have the right to return your item within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the package.

When can I expect my money back?

Once we receive your Nano Cera product(s), they will be carefully inspected and processed.
After completion of the inspection, our finance department will automatically process a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take 2-4 business days for the money to be back in your account. Please note: the costs of returning the order are at your own expense and risk. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
